1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CoreShield, you agree to these Terms of Use. CoreShield is provided by Prime Narek LLC, a company registered in Armenia, Yerevan (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the application.

2. Service Description

CoreShield is a device protection app that combines several tools in one interface:

• Battery health diagnostics — capacity, wear and charging insights
• VPN protection — an encrypted tunnel designed to enhance your online privacy and security
• Private browser — sessions with no stored history and tracker blocking
• AI assistant — a privacy and security advisor that explains findings and suggests actions

The application helps protect your internet connection and personal data from surveillance and threats, and helps you understand the condition of your device.

3. No Illegal Activity

You agree not to use CoreShield for:

• Hacking, fraud, or cybercrime
• Copyright infringement or distribution of pirated content
• Spamming, phishing, or malicious activity
• Any unlawful purpose that violates the laws of your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or engage in abusive activities.

4. Diagnostics and Recommendations

Battery health results, security findings and AI assistant answers are informational. They are generated from the data the operating system makes available and are not a substitute for professional hardware service or legal advice. Decisions you take based on them remain your responsibility.

5. No Warranty

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% secure service, as factors beyond our control may affect connectivity, diagnostic accuracy and performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service
• Issues caused by your internet service provider, network restrictions, or local regulations
• Temporary service interruptions or performance variations
• Hardware condition or battery degradation that existed before you installed the app

7. Subscriptions and Payments

If CoreShield offers paid features, they are billed through the platform store account you used to install the app. Renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled according to that store’s rules; manage or cancel a subscription in your account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use. Major changes will be communicated to users via the app or our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
